The CCNY website still shows a welcome message for summer students.New Provost in the House!Hey, we've got a new provost, Maurizio Trevisan. Don't know what a provost is? That's the top academic job under the college president. In other words, Dr. Lisa's number two.Didn't know the job was open? It's okay, hardly anybody knew. Over the summer, former provost Dr. Martin Moskovits left suddenly--a highly unusual turn of events. You can read more about that in our first print issue out next week.About Dr. Trevisan, dean of Sophie Davis: President Lisa describes him as an "internationally known physician/epidemiologist as well as an experienced senior administrator with a track record of achievement in establishing and expanding academic programs."
